HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-885CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a REGULAR meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th uaY of December 19 84 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmember Crain, Moen, Neils and Schneider . The following members were absent: None Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 885 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS STORM WATER DRAINAGE PONDS BC -P13 AND BC-P13A PROJECT NO. 455 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 6, 1984, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of Storm Water Drainage Ponds BC -P13 and BC-P13A together with necessary piping and impurtances in accordance with the City of Plymouth's Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan and this report was received by the Council on October 1, 1984. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted October 1, 1984. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., hereby does re- main as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
