HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-883CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a filar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minneso a was held on the 17th day of December , 19 84. The following members were 10 present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers-Tr-ain, Moen, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: one Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 883 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - HERI',AGE WEST ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December 17, 1984, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improve- ment of Heritage West Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on December 17, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the ir.provements.' 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted December 17, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve- ments. He shall coordinate ,the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Crain, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
