Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a REGULAR meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 17th day of December , 1984 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen, Neils and Schneider .
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 84- 881
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - SILVERTHORNE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December 17, 1984,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improve-
ment of Silverthorne Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on December 17, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted December 17, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these impro�,c-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Wyo r Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Crain and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
