Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a REGULAR meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of December . 1964.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,_ ouncilmembers rain,Moen, _
N ils and Schneider
The folIouring members were absent: None
. Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 874
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR LYNDALE TERMINAL COMPANY
(83025)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Lyndale Terminal Company located at the northwest corner of
Nathan Lane and County Road 9 was approved under City Council Resolution No. 83-354;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Treasury Note in the amount of $513,520.72; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice From the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Treasury Note;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Treasury Note
in the amount of $513,520.72 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Lyndale Terminal Company located at the northwest corner of Nathan Lane and County Road
9, to $40,000.00.
The "tion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc:ilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof; mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
