Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a REGULAR meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of December 1984,
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Toen,—
Neils and Schneider.
The fol owing members were absent: None
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 873
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR HELLAND RESEARCH BUILDING (80058)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Helland Research Company located at 2550 Niagara Lane, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-329; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $45,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Bond;
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 3351059 in the amount of $45,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for Helland Research Building located at 2550 Niagara Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilmgmbeL Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: __Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Crain,
the rollowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
