Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a REGULAR meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, Was held onthe nth day of December 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain3 men,
Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 872
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR C.O.M.B. COMPANY (79032)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for C.O.M.B. Company located at the northwest corner of 27th and
28th Avenues North, was approved administratively; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $49,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and'
recommends release of the Letter of Credit;
•NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. SB 2824 in the amount of $49,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for C.O.M.B. Company located at the northwest corner of 27th and 28th
Avenues North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
