Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-871
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WHEEL CENTER PROPERTIES FOR ROBERT WALKER,
WALKER ENTERPRISES AT 11120 HIGHWAY 55 (84093)
WHEREAS, Wheel Center Properties, for Robert Walker, Walker Enterprises, has requested
a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a repair service for machines such
as chain saws, snowmobile engine heads, manifolds, etc. from the Wheel Center Proper-
ties building at 11120 Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Wheel Center Properties
for Robert Walker, Walker Enterprises, for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the oper-
ation of a repair service for machinery such as chain saws, snowmobile engine heads,
manifolds, etc from the Wheel Center Properties building at 11120 Highway 55,subject to
the following:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the tenant as operator of the facility and shall not be
transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
6. The permit shall be renewed annually to assure compliance with the conditions.
7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified
by the City prior to Permit issuance.

S. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
9. Approval does not include the storage of vehicles on the site for repair; or, the
manufacturing and production of a proprietary product.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
