Neils and Schneider �eTOJIMIng members were absent: none Co ncilm mb r Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adopt ons RESOLUTION NO. 84- 868 APPROVING REVISED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR HARRISON HILLS FOR DAVID PETERSON, HARRISON HILLS, INC. (79055) (RPUD 80-2) WHEREAS, Harrison Hills, Inc. has requested approval of a Revised Residential Planned Unit Development to amend the lot coverage provisions for the single family detached dwelling lots in the development known as Harrison Hills, located southeast of Zachary Lane and County Road 10; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; is NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Revised Residential Planned Unit Development Plan for Harrison Hills, located southeast of Zachary Lane and County Road 10, subject to the following conditions: 1. Fourteen of the total single family detached dwelling lots -.ay have up to 30% lot coverage, provided they have an attached garage deck, and provided already constructed homes which exceed the 20% lot coverage shall be included in the fourteen. 2. Yard setbacks shall comply with the approved PUD Plan.
