Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regularmeeting of the City Councilf
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3a' day of December . 1984.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and m6ved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-865
RESOLUTION DECLARING SEAT OF COUNCILMEMBER PATRICIA MOEN
TO BE VACANT EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1985
WHEREAS, Councilmember Patricia Moen was elected to the City Council for a term
expiring December 31, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Moen has submitted her resignation to the Mayor and Council to
be effective January 1, 1985; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, that the
resignation of Councilmember Moen effective January 1, 1985 be and the same is hereby
accepted; and further, that the seat of Councilmember Moen be declared vacant
effective January 1, 1985, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council will commence to find a successor to
complete the unexpired term of Councilmember Moen.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
