Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the - 3,— day
of December , 1984. The following members were present:
Councilmemhers Crain, Moen# Npilc and Srhneider
The following members were absent:
Councilmemher SrhnPirl r introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 862
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 9529
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 84-684, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for the 1984 Removal and Destruction of Diseased
Trees; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has determined that a certain property was wrong-
fully assessed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the assessments be reduced to the following amounts
as they apply to the parcel here listed:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
