HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-860CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of December . 1984. The following members were present:79syor Davenport, Counci mem era rain, Moen, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: None Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and coved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 860 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH 2ND ADDITION (79018) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 14, 1983, Dean R. Johnson Construction, Inc., developer of Creekside of Plymouth 2nd Addition (79018), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, AsBuilts TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $ 71,200 $18,000 80,500 -0- 77,400 -0- 36,100 1,500 9,400 4,700 5,175 1,500 450 450 2,500 2,500 2,000 1,000 23,400 23,400 -0- -0- 36,975 6,350 $345,100 $59,400 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $100,950 to $59,400 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
