Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day
of December , 1984. The following members were present�ayor Davenport
Counci mem ers rain, Moen, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 859
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH ADDITION (79018)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 13, 1982,
Dean R. Johnson Construction, Inc., developer of Creekside of Plymouth Addition
(79018), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Street Construction - Phase I
Sanitary Sewer - Phase I
Watermain
Storm Sewer
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signs
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning
Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment
Control Plan
Site Grading - Phase I and II
Park and Trail Improvements - Seeding Only
Design, Administration, Inspection, As -Built*

That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced to $5,670 be
further reduced to $2,500 to reflect the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained; Wone
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
