FOR A CLASS II RESTAURANT IN THE B-2 (SHOPPING CENTER BUSINESS) DISTRICT LOCATED AT THE WILLOW GROVE SHOPPING CEN';ER at 20 NATHAN LANE (84092) WHEREAS, PM Pizza, Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Class II restaurant with carry -out and delivery service in the B-2 (Shopping Center) District in the Willow Grove Shopping Center at 20 Nathan Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the matter at a duly called Public Hear- ing, and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of PM Pizza, Inc. for a Con- ditional Use Permit to operate _ Class II Restaurant with carry -out and delivery ser- vice in the B-2 (Shopping Center Business) District located in the Willow Grove Shop- ping Center at 20 Nathan Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards and approved program for Vie Willow Grove Shopping Center. 5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials. 6. The permit shall be renewed annually to assure compliance with the conditions. 7. Outside waste disposal facilities shall be in compliance with Ordinance standards and plans approved for the Center. S. The delivery service is limited to one vehicle. The emotion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon the . following voted in favor thereof:_ -Mayor Daviegnport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen, 6ils and Schneider The fo1l5Wn—gvoted agalnit or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
