Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-848
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION AND CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR WALLACE E. SCHEER, PRESIDENT; F do S INVESTMENTS (84089)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Conditional Use Permit
Amendment for F do S Investments for property located northeast of Medicine Lake Drive
and 26th Avenue North by Resolution No.84-847 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division and Conditional Use Permit
Amendment:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication for one lot prior to filing
of the Division in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the
Division.
4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
6. Approval includes the requested Amendment to the Chippewa Trails approved density
to allow 58 lots on 32 acres for 1.8 units per acre; an increase of one lot.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen,
Neils, and Schneider
The following voted against or abstal None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
