Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Cit Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of December . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 847
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR F & S INVESTMENTS FOR PROPERTY WITHIN THE CHIPPEWA TRAILS
SUBDIVISION (84089)
WHEREAS, Wallace Scheer, F & S Investments has requested division for a platted lot in
the Chippewa Trails Subdivision, located northeast of Medicine Lake Drive and 26th
Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Lot Division for F & S
. Investments for property located within the Chippewa Trails Subdivision;
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 1, Block 1 CHIPPEWA TRAILS, also that part of Lot 3, Block 2, CHIPPEWA TRAILS
2ND ADDITION lying Southerly of a line run from a point on the Southwesterly line
of said Lot 3, distant 78.00 feet Northwesterly from the most Southerly corner
thereof to a point on the Southeasterly line of said Lot 3, distant 98.56 feet
Northeasterly from the most Southerly corner thereof.
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 1, Block 1 CHIPPEWA TRAILS lying Easterly of the following
described line and its Northerly extension; beginning at a point on the Northerly
line of said Lot 1 distant 67.50 feet Westerly along said Northerly line to the
most southerly corner of said Lot 1 and there terminating.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, CHIPPEWA TRAILS lying Westerly of the following
described line and Its Northerly extension; beginning at a point on the Northerly
line of said Lot 1 distant 67.50 feet Westerly along said Northerly line from the
Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence Southwesterly in a straight line to the
most Southerly corner of said Lot 1 and there terminating. Also that part of Lot
3, Block 2, CHIPPEWA TRAILS 2ND ADDITION lying Southerly of a line run from a
. point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 3, distant 78 feet Northwesterly from
the most Southerly corner thereof to a point on the Southeasterly line of said Lot
3 distant 98.56 feet Northeasterly from the most Southerly corner thereof.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenaort, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crair.
The following voted against or abstained: none
