The following members were present: Masnr navpnnnrt_ Cminrilmpmhprc Crain Mapn- Weil_$ apd CrhnpiAgr The following members were absent: Nnnp Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-846 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND VARIANCES FOR HONEYWELL, INC. (A-151) WHEREAS, Honeywell, Inc. has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment and Vari- ances to allow the construction of private recreational amenities on property located west and north of the Honeywell facility and at the facility; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Honeywell, Inc. . for a Site Plan Amendment and Variances to allow the construction of private recreational amenities on private land located west and north of the Honeywell facil- ity and at the facility subject to the following: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum 2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for improvements on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drain- age facility. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 4. Approved Variances include: Internal side yard setbacks; and, the front yard setback of SO ft. to County Road b and Forestvlew Lane rather than 100 ft. S. Commonly owned contiguous parcels shall be consolidated into a single pard .
