Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a Regular meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was hela on the
3rd day of December . 19 84. The following members were

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 842
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
CARLSON CENTER 3RD ADDITION AND ADJACENT AREA
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 426
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-800 of the City Council, adopted the 5th day of
November 1984, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility
and street improvements in Carlson Center 3rd Addition and adjacent area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain, sanitary
sewer, storm sewer and street improvements to serve the Carlson Center
3rd Addition and adjacent area; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the
3rd day of December 1984, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted November Sth, 1984.
2. Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. is designated as engineer for the improvement.
They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
