Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of December , 1984 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, ounce mem ers Crain, Neils, Moen and Schneider
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-841
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SCHMIDT'S GARDENS ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 427
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-801 of the City Council, adopted the Sth day of
November, 1984, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and
street improvements in Schmidt's Gardens Addition area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain, sanitary
sewer, storm sewer and street improvements to serve the Schmidt's Gardens
Addition area; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
io tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 3rd
day of December, 1984, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given
an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted November S, 1984.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates is designated as engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
3. The Sanitary Sewer Lift Station shall be installed as outlined in
the report at the Alternate 2 location.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
' following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, r4oen
Neils and Schneider.
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
