Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
November , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,

Councilmember Schneiderintroduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 838
TEST WELLS IN FUTURE WELL SITES
PROJECT 431
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Water System Plans prepared for the City of Plymouth
recommend the construction of well fields at sites other than the existing
central well field; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to construct test wells in order to determine the
feasibility of potential well field sites;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates be directed
to prepare plans and specifications for drilling and testing wells at the
Plymouth Creek Park, Mission Farms and Zachary reservoir well field sites.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
. Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
