HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-837CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of November , 1984. The following members were present: Manor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 837 AQUIFER ANALYSIS PROPOSED WELL FIELD DESIGNS - PROJECT 431 WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Water System Plans prepared for a proposed water system for the City of Plymouth recommend that an analysis be prepared on the capability of the aquifer to produce the required amount of water; and WHEREAS, a proposal has been received from Bruce A. Liesch Associates, Inc. dated October 2, 1984 to prepare such an analyis; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Bruce A. Liesch Associates be directed to prepare a hydrogeologic investigation of the proposed well field designs in accordance with their proposal dated October 2, 1984 at a cost not to exceed $8,672. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by 10 Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained:. none +rf* rttr► �t
