Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of November , 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilim ■ s Moen, Hells and
were absent:
Couneilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-835
AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACTIVITIES FOR YEAR
IX AND YEAR X RELATIVE TO SENIOR HOUSING SITE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has recommended that Program
No. 103 (Public Facilities -Senior Housing Site) approved for Year IX, be transferred to
funding Year X; and,
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has also recommended that the
unexpended funds for that program as of December 31, 1984, also be transferred to Year
. X; and,
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority made the recommendation following the
duly called Public Hearing on November 19, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the administrative staff to submit
to Hennepin County and the appropriate Planning Area Citizen's Advisory Committee the
following Amendment to the approved Community Development Block Grant Program for the
City of Plymouth:
1. Establish in Year X a Program for Public Facilities/Senior Housing Site comparable
to Program 103 which was established in Year IX;
2. Transfer all funds from Program No. 103 in Year IX to the new comparable Program in
Year X which are unexpended as of December 31, 1984.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hells , and upon vote being taloa: thereon, the
