HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-834CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 19th day of November , 19 84 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Nems, Moen and Crain The following members were absent: Counrilmember Schneider Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 834 APPOINTMENT TO PARK AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMISSION WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission consists of seven commissioners appointed to three year terms expiring on January 31; and WHEREAS, one of the at large positions is currently vacant; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed applications from interested applicants, conducted interviews and discussions regarding the most appropriate candidates for selection; . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does appoint Mr. John Reed to the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission to fill the unexpired term ending January 31, 1986. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, We— following voted In favor thereof: ort Councilmembers Neils, Moen and Crain e o ow nq voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
