The following members were present: Davenport, Councilor rs Neils Moen and Crain The following mem ers were absent: Councilmember Schneider Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: No. 84 - 832 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A POLICY OF ROTATING BANKS WHEREAS, The City Council recognizes the contribution made to our community by our local financial institutions, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable to establish a formal policy of rotating our checking accounts between local banks, and WHEREAS, the Finance Director has proposed a written policy which sets forth the governing guidelines and rotation schedule, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED FY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the policy statement and rotation schedule as set 10 forth in the Finance Director's memo of November 15, 1984 is hereby adopted.
