HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-831CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of November 19 84. The following members were present: Havor Davenport-ers Neils Moen and Crain The following members were absent: Councilmember Schneider _Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 831 AUTHORIZING VACATION OF EAST STREET PARKERS LADE GARDENS CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO. 78-514 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 78-514 adopted on August 21, 1978 the City Council vacated a portion of East Street as platted in the Parkers Lake Gardens Addition; and WHEREAS, previous to the adoption of that resolution the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed vacation in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851; and WHEREAS, Resolution 78-514 contains an incorrect legal description for said vacation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the legal description of the vacation of East Street is corrected to the following: That part of East Street as platted in Parkers Lake Gardens according to the recorded plat thereof, which lies Northerly of the Easterly extension of the South line of Lot 1, said Parkers Lake Gardens.
