Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 19th day of November , 19j[ . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Moen and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Schneider

Mayor Davenport. introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 829
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 84-768
PROJECT 506
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 84-768 ordered a preliminary engi-
neering report for Hamel Road from Vicksburg Lane to the east line of Wooddale
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the developer has now determined that they will construct this improve-
ment themselves and entered into a development contract with the City for said
construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Resolution No. 84-768 is repealed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmenmber Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Cnjincilmmbprp Neiln.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
