Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 19th day of November , 1984 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenvort. Councilmembers Neils, Moen and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Schneider

Mayor Davenvort introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 828
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - ACIIAPY HILLS 3RD AND 4711 ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 15, 198.1, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Zachard 3rd and 4th Additions by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on November 19, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY INE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the stye-ts named as the location of
. the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted November 19, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
s. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

following voted in favor thereof: Xgyor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Mnan and rratn
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
