HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-826CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r„g„la`_ meeting os the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day Of November , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Goun_cilmembers Neils—Moen and Crain The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 826 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF KINGSVIEW LANE SOUTH OF 14TH AVENUE WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, John Walters has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of Kingsview Lane south of 14th Avenue; and WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacation: Kingsview Lane south of 14th Avenue North located in the Sunset Acres Plat. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 17, so1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly tsconded by Co.n ilm mher Moen , and upon vote being taken chereon, the 10following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Counci,.asembers Neils, and Grain The following voted against or abstained: none �! Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
