HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-825CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of November , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Moen and Crain The following members were absent: Cei1nri1m mb ghneider Mavcr Davenport introduced the following Resolut_on and moved its adop=ion: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 825 REDUCING DEVELOPMEN- BOND CREERWOOD HILLS 3RD ADDI[ION (A-648) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated May 1, 1984, Creekwood Hills Ventures, developer of Creekwood Hills 3rd Addition (A-648) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 54,221 $22,000 Sanitary Sewer 46,970 -0- Watermain 37,983 -0- Storm Sewer 68,412 -0- Boulevard or Drainage Swale Sod 9,600 9,600 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 450 450 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 2,000 Park and Trail Improvements 4,800 480 Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 25,000 2,000 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 2,000 2,000 Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 30,172 4,624 TOTAL $281,608 $43,154 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $79,241 to $43,154 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coon ilmemher Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, th- following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
