Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day
of November , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils, Moen and Crain
The following members were absent: Cei1nri1m mb ghneider
Mavcr Davenport introduced the following Resolut_on and moved
its adop=ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 825
REDUCING DEVELOPMEN- BOND
CREERWOOD HILLS 3RD ADDI[ION (A-648)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated May 1, 1984,
Creekwood Hills Ventures, developer of Creekwood Hills 3rd Addition (A-648) has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coon ilmemher Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, th-
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils
and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
