HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-823CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day 1bof November , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Couacilmembers Nei13. Moen and Crain The following members were absent:. Cguncilmember Schneider Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 823 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND BASS LAKE HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION (83008) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 28, 1984, BLH Development Company, developer of Bass Lake Heights 2nd Addition (83008) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT 1b Street Construction $ 34,864 $34,864 Sanitary Sever 26,117 2,612 Watermain 22,496 2,250 Storm Sewer -0- -0- Boulevard Sod 4,200 4,200 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 300 300 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 2,000 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 2,000 2,000 Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 46,000 9,200 Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 16,557 6,891 TOTAL $154,534 $64,317 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $154,534 to $64,317 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CniinrilmPmhpr n=n10, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Moen and main The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
