Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, amar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of November . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmemberr Neils, Moen

Ma or Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 820
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING JUDY McMILLIN AS DEPUTY CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that an individual be designated as Deputy
City Clerk so as to carry out the functions of Clerk during the absence of the City
Clerk from the City; and
WHEREAS, he has recommended that Judy McMillin be designated as Deputy City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
. that Judy McMillin be and same is hereby designated Deputy City Clerk for the City of
Plymouth.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor, reo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Moen
and Crgin

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
