Mar Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adeptions
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 815
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR W. C. ANDERSON, ARADCO, INC. FOR BASS
LAME ROODS (84075)
WHEREAS, W. C. Anderson, Ar adco, Inc., has requested approval for Final Plat for Bass
Lake Woods, a plat for 32 single family residential lots and one ourlot for property
located south of Quinwood Lane and west of Pineview Lane;
HOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
NINKSOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for W. C. Anderson, Aradco, Inc. for Bass Lake Woods located south of Quinwood
Lane and west of Pineview Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
