Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of November . 1984.

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 813
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR PARK
PLACE FOR MICHAEL SJEKLOCHA, TIPTON CORPORATION (82049) (RPUD 84-5)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Park Place as requested by Michael Sfeklocha, Tipton Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that the
Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
3. Dedication of a 30 -ft. wide trail corridor along the west side of Fernbrook Lane
per Comprehensive Park Plan, as verified by the Parks and Engineering Departments,
with submittal of detailed plans as to construction of the trail per City
standards.
4. Submittal of deeds for Outlots A and B to the City for park, open space and public
recreational purposes.
5. One Building Permit for one apartment structure may be 'slued prior to recording
of the Final Plat; no occupancy shall be permitted prior to recording of the Final
Plat.
