HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-811CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of November , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Moen and Crain The following members were absent: councilmember Schneider Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 811 DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK WITH RESPECT TO THE FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 84 - WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has authorized the vacation of a portion of 14th Avenue and Sycamore Lane in R.L.S. 743 (future Glen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition); and WHEREAS, the vacation is only necessary if the developer proceeds with the platting of the proposed Glen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows: That the City Clerk is directed to not file the resolution vacating the aforedescribed right-of-way until such time as the following conditions occur: That said vacation shall not be filed until such time that the final plat of Glen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition is filed at Hennepin County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Moen and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
