Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ,se cialneeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the7th .+ day of November . 19$q

Councilmembzer Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 809
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONINC LAND LOCATED
EAST OF ZACHARY LANE AND NORTH OF THE ZACHARY LANE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (RPUD 84-6)

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
East of Zachary Lane and north of the Zachary Lane Elementary School from FRO (future
restricted development) District to R -1A (low density single family residential)
District and R-3 (Medium Density Multiple Residence) District for RDC Properties
Inc., for Woodlands Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Woodlands
Addition to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the ;ablication of said
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, t:Te
