Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -regular meeting of the Vity
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he donLhe 19th day
of November , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmember; Moen,. Neils and Crain
The following members were absent: _ Councilmember Schneider
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 808 A
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A TRAIL EASEMENT IN GLEN ECHO PONDS
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate a portion of the trail easement in Lot 22,
Block 1, Glen Echo Ponds wags received by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on
November 19, 1984 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended;
and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of November 19, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Council lid hold a public hearing on November 19, 1984 to inform
any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of said trail easement
in Lot 22, Block 1, Glen Echo Ponds; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that a portion of the trail
easeisent in Lot 22, Block 1, Glen Echo Ponds described below is not needed for
a public trailway purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
That the following trail easement is hereby vacated:
The westerly 15 feet of the East 30 feet and the northerly 15 feet
of the South 30 feet of Lot 22, Block 1, Glen Echo Ponds according
to the recorded plat thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:MAXor nav_nport._Cnuncilmemherc Moon, Nails

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
