HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-806CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of November , 1984. The following members were present: c Ing Mayor` Schneider. Counci members Neil# and Crain The Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 806 MODIFICATION OF DEFERRED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 801 LEVY NO. 7651 WHEREAS, pursuant to adoption of Resolution No. 80-727, special assessments were deferred by the City Council for Project No. 801, Vicksburg Lane street and storm sewer; and WHEREAS, pursuant to negotiations between the City Attorney and the property owner on an appeal of the special assessment, an agreement has been reached for the following parcel; and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has agreed to modify the deferred assessment roll and the property owner is withdrawing their special assessment appeal; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the deferred assessment in the amount of $8,000.36 for Parcel 4-118-22-32-0001 established by Resolution No. 80-727 is modified as follows: This deferred assessment shall not become due and payable unless the property is subdivided and this deferred assessment shall not accumulate interest. The motion for the ado tion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by COuncilmefter Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils and Crain Tne tollowing voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
