C:ouncilmember Moen: Courcilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 804 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND VOLP ADDITION (A-780) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 14, 1978, Volp Construction Co., developer of Volp Addition (A-780) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Signs Street Sweeping and Erosion Control Site Grading TOTAL Storm Sewer Cleaning ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $ 150 $ -0- 1,000 -0- 1,000 -0- 20,000 -0- $22,150 $-0- That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced to $7,150 be further reduced to $0 (sero) reflect the completed work.
