Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the day

Courcilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 804
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
VOLP ADDITION (A-780)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 14, 1978, Volp
Construction Co., developer of Volp Addition (A-780) has agreed to install
certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced to $7,150 be
further reduced to $0 (sero) reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Bond No. 400 EW 5658 dated May 16, 1978, in the
amount of $33,225.00 shall be released.
