The following members were present: keting Mayor _Uhneider. Counnilmembers Neils and Crain Tl.e following members were absent: Mao= Dave ort_ Co c' 1 ember ea. Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 803 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND SILVERTHORNE ADDITION (82052) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 12, 1983, Raymond L. Laurent and Jeanne A. Laurent, developer of Silverthorne Addition (82052), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance of Erosion 6 Sediment Control Plan Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL $ 74,950 $ 74,950 110,352 11,035 92,386 33,493 36,875 4,076 12,400 12,400 -0- -0- 300 300 2,500 2,500 2,000 2,000 59,500 2,000 5,225 5,225 47,603 1_75_ $444,291 $165,729 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $181,989 to $165,729 to reflect the completed work. ,The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by 90mil-sember_ Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Actin& ammor S hne; er.
