Councilmenber Moen . wow C ung lm�embeer Crain, introduced the following Resolution and NOVO –its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 800 CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 426 CARLSON CENTER THIRD ADDITION AREA STREET AND UTILITIES WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 2, 1984, a report has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. with respect to tha improvement of Carlson Center 3rd Addition and the adjacent streets of Zinnia Lane, Berkshire Lane and County Road 15; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of 7 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on May 21, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: !. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $519.176.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 3rd day of December, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
