Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 800
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 426
CARLSON CENTER THIRD ADDITION AREA
STREET AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 2, 1984, a report
has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. with respect to tha improvement of
Carlson Center 3rd Addition and the adjacent streets of Zinnia Lane, Berkshire
Lane and County Road 15; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of 7 -ton bituminous street
with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on May 21, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
!. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $519.176.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 3rd
day of December, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center
at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cgluncilmemker Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
