Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Zula_, r _ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the nth day

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 140. 84- 798
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - JAMESTOWN ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November S, 1984, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Jamestown Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council on November S, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted November S, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be does by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
