Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day
of Nbvemlmr , 1984. The following members were present• AC ng

The following members were absent: Manor Davenport. Councilmember=oi
Cnuneilme:r►ber Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 795
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
SUNRISE HILLS/SKYLINE HILLS IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 404
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
change to the Sunrise Hills/Skyline Hills improvements contract for
Project 404:
The quantity of timber retaining wall is increased to provide
additional slope protection for a lot adjacent to 48th AvFnue.
The quantity of retaining wall was underestimated in the proposal
due to an error in plotting one original survey cross section on
the plans.

AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the Sunrise Hills/Skyline Hills
Improvements Contract No. 404 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $6,817 is hereby
approved.
Original Contract Amount $278,393.30
Previous Change Orders 47,989.15
Change Order No. 2 ADD 6,817.00
Revised Contract Amount $333,199.45
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
