Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the -..5th day
ofd 1984. The following members were present: Acting Mgyor

Councilmember Cmin introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 794
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT NO. 459
ISAIAH ADDITION - STREET AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, the developer of Isaiah Addition has petitioned the City to install
7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities,
sanitary sewer and watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary engineering report for Project 459 was ordered on
September 4, 1984 by the City Council and said report was presented to the City
Council on November 5, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the developer and owner have waived their rights to a public
improvement hearing:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the development
contract for Isaiah Addition; and the petitioner has waived his rights to a
public hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates are hereby designated as the
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for making of such improvement to be incorporated and bid with the 1985
Utilities Program.
3. The project shall be referred to the Assessment Committee for review of
storm sever costs.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Cauncilmembera
Neils and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: ane
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
