RESOLUTION NO. 84- 791
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR GLACIER
MEADOWS FOR PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (HRA) (84073)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Glacier Meadows, as requested by Plymouth HRA;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:

Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of Piling the Final Plat.
Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Fngineer prior to filing of the Final Plat.
The imotion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
