Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 790
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PLYMOUTH HOUSIV'j AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY (HRA) FOR GLACIER MEADOWS (84073)
WHEREAS, Plymouth HRA, has requested approval for Final Plat for Glacier Meadows, a
plat for 3 single family residential lots located south of County Road 6 and east of
Glacier Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Plymouth HRA, for Glacier Meadows located sotuh of County Road 6 and east
of Glacier Lane; and,
FURTHER, thac the Developm•nt Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Zontract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, e
