Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and motied its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 789
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (79076)
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Volp Construction Company located at 3100 Ranceview Lane,
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 79-780 and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $90,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, on September 28, 1981, the Plymouth City Council authorized the reduction of
this Bond to $10,000.00; and,
Whereas, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Band;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT !HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Bond No.
40OFT3123 in the amount of $10,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for Volp Construction Company located at 3100 Ranchview Lane.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly FaM and adopted.
