Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adootlont
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 786
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR DEAN JOHNSON, CREEKSIDE OF
PLYMOUTH (79018)
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Dean Johnson, Creekside of Plymouth, located south of County
Road 9 and Polaris Lane, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-476; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $1199170.00; and,
WHEREAS, on November 7, 1983, the Plymouth City Council authorized the reduction of
this Letter of Credit to $559750.45; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff inspected said site and recommends
reduction of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of
Credit No. 362 in the amount of $55,750.45 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for Dean Johnson, Creekside of Plymouth, located south of County Road 9
and Polaris Lane, to $240000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:--9Actino Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Neils
