the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Sth day of November . 1984.

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt un:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-784
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR HONEYWELL, INC. FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE
LOCATED AT 12001 STATE HIGHWAY 5 (A-151)
WHEREAS, Honeywell, Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit Amendment
for outside storage which was approved in 1981, under Resolution No. 81-681, located
at 12001 State Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Comnsission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Honeywell, Inc.
for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment for outside storage located at 12001 State
Highway 55 subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of the facility and shall not
be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All storage shall be within the designated areas.
5. The storage is limited to a liquid hydrogen tank, a liquid oxygen tank, two
liquid nitrogen tanks, vaporizers and a filter system.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmomber Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ffellliowing voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmombers Neils andCra
