Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 783
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR WORD OF
LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH FOR WORD OF LIFE ADDITION (84015)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for platting Word of Life
Addition as requested by Word of Life Assembly of God Church;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication tees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit.
3. Provisions for a 15 -ft. wide trail easement per Comprehensive Park Plan, as
verified by the Parks and Engineering Departments, to be granted to the City
prior to filing, and Outlot A shall be eliminated and combined with Lot 1.
4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
5. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
b. No Building Permits to be issued until the '-anal Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
