Counci mem dFs' 1S www www www Councilmember Neils Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-781 APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PASTOR ROGER JOHNSON, FOR WORD OF LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH (84015) WHEREAS, Pastor Roger Johnson, Word of Life Assembly of God Church, has received ap- proval of a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a church to be located northeast of State Highway 55 and Oakview Lane; and, WHEREAS, the petitioner requests an amendment to the approved site plan and con- ditional use permit which was approved under Resolution No. 84-277; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Word of Life Assembly of God Church for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Per,:iit amendment for con- struction of a church to be located northeast of State Highway 55 and Oakview Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of fees -in -lieu of park dedication in accordance with Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. The 15 -ft. wide trail easement shall be graded per City standards. 4. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for completion of site improvements. 5. Signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance with a minimum 20 ft. setback from the property line(s). 6. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approv- als per Ordinance provisions. 7. Compliance with the City Code regarding the location and construction of fire hydrants. 8. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the approved structure, and no outside storage is permitted. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 84- 781 9. No Building Permit shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 10. Resolution No. 84-277 is hereby rescinded. 11. Approval of a variance from the Code Fire Lane requirement is contingent upon Fire Chief written approval of installation of central station monitor alarm system in -lieu of the fire lane. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain, and upon vote being taIren thereon, t e following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider.
