RESOLUTION NO. 84- 778
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR WOODDALE
NORTH FOR DENNIS DIRLAM, DIRLAM DEVELOPMENT CO. (RPUD 84-3) (84011)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Wooddale North, as requested by Dennis Dirlam, Dirlam Development Co.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTN,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that the
Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Nennepin County.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
4. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and
restrictions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat.
5. The mylars shah refer to the property being included within RPUD 84-3.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils v and upon vote being taken thereon, the
